How do I check up on my test results? +

Check test provider and follow their support service. We also do that for you but it may save you time.

Can I add more than one person to my Consentry app? +

Yes. Parents and carers can hold other individuals test results where appropriate.

How do I get help using my app? + 

Report a bug or a general app query when you’re directly in the app on your phone, just shake your device or tap the help button.
